| A2: Our company occupies 1,700 square meters across a seven floors’ main building and several workshop buildings, and boasts a workforce exceeding 300 individuals distributed across various departments. We house teams of skilled software and hardware engineers, mechanical specialists, and therapists. Additionally, our international sales department comprises over 15 professionals, each assigned to one of the seven continents, managing diverse markets across the globe. |

| A3: Yes, we do. All our products are certified with the International certification of ISO9001, ISO13485, CE, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 with the relevant authorities. |

| Q9: How do I know if my order is successful and when it will be dispatched? |
| A9: You will firstly receive an automated order confirmation email after you have placed your order. You will then receive further email notification when your order has been dispatched but please feel free to contact us at any time about your order. |
| Q10: Where is my order sent from and how long I will be expected to receive it? |
| A10: Any our order will be sent from our Company’s Sale Department in our warehouse in China, and it will be expected to arrive in 7 to 10 working days. |
| Q11: Do you deliver worldwide and how about import duty? |
| A11: Yes, we deliver all the goods worldwide from China. In case of any import duty that may be due, it is your responsibilty to pay any of them. |
